Kryeqyteti i Ukrainës, Kievi, aktualisht është i rrethuar nga të gjitha anët nga trupat ruse.
Këtë e ka bërë të ditur, ish-kampioni i botës në boks dhe kryetari i Kievit, Vitaliy Klitschko për Associated Press.
Të gjitha daljet janë të bllokuara, ndërsa raportohet se nuk ka mundësi evakuimi për civilët.
